BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />REsoLUnoNNo.zozo-IIA <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON OFFICE OF THE SECRETARY OF STATE AND KITTITAS COUNTY <br />WHEREAS, RCW 39.34, the lnterlocal Cooperation Act, provides the capability for public <br />agencies to cooperate by providing services and facilities for mutual advantage; and <br />WHEREAS, the State of Washington Office of the Secretary of State (OSOS) and Kittitas <br />County Auditor's Office have the ability and desire to enter into such a cooperative agreement, <br />a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference as Exhibit A; and <br />WHEREAS, it is the purpose of this agreement to provide funding for preventing, <br />preparing for, and responding to coronavirus, domestically or internationally, for the 2020 <br />Federal elections cycle; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE lT RESOLVED AND lT lS HEREBY ORDERED, That the agreement <br />between the State of Washington Office of State and Kittitas County to provide federal funds <br />for the purpose of preventing, preparing for, and responding to coronavirus, domestically and <br />internationally, for the 2020 Federal elections cycle is adopted and the signature of the Kittitas <br />County Auditor on this agreement is acknowledged. <br />ADoPTED tni, J&6"vorYw/1u 2o2o. <br />v <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COM ONERS <br />UNTY,INGTON <br />E BOARD hs atr <br />Julie A.
