No action anticipated. <br /> <br />At 10:27 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. There <br />was no action taken. <br /> <br />At 10:28 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith announced the Board would recess <br />into Executive Session for 15 minutes with Neil Caulkins, Chief <br />Civil Deputy (via WebEx), Mark Cook, Public Works Director/Interim <br />County Engineer(via WebEx); Dan Carlson, CDS Director (via Webex); <br />and Lindsey Ozbolt, Planning Official (via WebEx) to discuss with <br />legal counsel representing the agency matters relating to agency <br />enforcement actions, or to discuss with legal counsel representing <br />the agency litigation or potential litigation to which the agency, <br />the governing body, or a member acting in an official capacity is, <br />or is likely to become, a party, when public knowledge regarding the <br />discussion is likely to result in an adverse legal or financial <br />consequence to the agency. No action anticipated. <br /> <br />At 10:44 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. There <br />was no action taken. <br /> SPECIAL MEETING PLANNING UPDATE/COVID-19 COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Wright updated the Board on the funding status of <br />Resolution 2020-094. The Cities of Cle Elum and Kittitas have stated <br />their desire to withdraw from the Agreement. There was discussion on <br />the levels of commitment from the Cities prior to the passing of the <br />Resolution 2020-094, because Resolution 2020-095 and Board of Health <br />Resolution 2020-002 were connected to the funding of Resolution <br />2020-094. <br /> <br />Commissioner Wright updated the Board on celebrating moving into <br />Phase 2 and asked that the focus remain on moving forward to Phase <br />3. The Board agreed. Chairman Wachsmith will follow up with legal to <br />get an opinion on getting more staff to meetings in person while <br />remaining within Phase 2 guidelines. <br /> <br />Chairman Wachsmith updated the Board on this week’s Tuesday Business <br />Call. Alex Ybarra and Kim Schrier were on the call and helped answer <br />questions. Commissioner Osiadacz and Commissioner Wachsmith <br />recognized Roslyn Grocery and the Coal for their contributions to <br />feeding Upper County residents. Chairman Wachsmith stated that the <br />EOC will not be able to help with proving businesses PPE at this <br />time and recommends people to visit the Chamber web-site for <br />resources. <br /> <br />Meeting adjourned at 11:07 a.m. <br /> <br />
