IG -6938 <br />party claiming force majeure shall have the burden of proving that such cause(s) <br />delayed or prevented its performance despite its diligent efforts to perform and shall <br />produce such supporting documentation as the other party may reasonably request. <br />After receipt of such notification, the party not claiming force majeure may elect either to <br />terminate the agreement or to extend the time for performance as reasonably necessary <br />to compensate for the delay. <br />XXIII. SEVERABILITY <br />The provisions of this Agreement are intended to be severable.
