DISPUTES <br />Each party shall make a good faith effort to negotiate a resolution of any disputes <br />between the parties related to this Agreement. In the event of litigation or other action <br />brought to enforce Agreement terms, each party shall bear its own attorneys' fees and <br />costs. Nothing in the Agreement shall be construed to limit the parties' choice of a <br />mutually acceptable Alternate Dispute Resolution method in addition to the dispute <br />resolution procedure outlined above. <br />XVIII.
