KITTITAS COUNTY <br />DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br />AGENDA DATE: June 2, 2020 <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Conduct a Public Hearing to consider an irrigation franchise with <br />Brett Gibb on Cleman Road. <br />BACKGROUND: Brett Gibb has applied for an irrigation franchise to replace an <br />existing irrigation pipe that has failed.
