BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2020. / Ob <br />TO AWARD TIIE CONTRACT FOR THE TEANAWAY HYDRAULIC <br />IMPROVEMENTS PHASE 2:LICK CREEK CULVERT REPLACEMENT AND <br />AUTHORIZE THE PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE THE SAME <br />WIIEREAS: The Department of Public Works solicited bids for the Teanaway <br />Hydraulic Improvements Phase 2:Lick Creek Culvert Replacement in <br />accordance with RCW 36.77.020 Contract Procedures; and <br />WHEREAS: The call for sealed bids was authorized by the Kittitas County Board of <br />Commissioners on April7,2020. and <br />WHEREAS: Sealed bids were opened on May 4,2020 at the Kittitas County Permit <br />Center, Department of Public Works, 411 N. Ruby Street, Suite 1, <br />Ellensburg, Washington; and <br />WHEREAS: Ten (10) bids were received for the prescribed work.
