An evaluation af the appr*prfateness of the guardian or limited guardian whose <br />appointnrent is sought and a description of the steps the proposed guardian has <br />taken or intends to take to identify and meet current and emerging neecls of the <br />incapacil*ted person, <br />4. A descriptian of any alternative affang€ments previously made by the alleged <br />incapacitated person orwhich could be made, and whether and to what extent <br />such altematives should be used in lieu of a guardian*hip, and, if the GAL is <br />reeommending disconiinuation of any such anangernents, specific findings as to <br />why such an:angements are contrary to the best interest of the alleged <br />ine*pacilated per$s*; <br />5. A description of the abitities of the alleged incapacitateci person and a <br />recornmendatian as to whether a guardlan or limited guardian should be <br />appcinted. [f appointnrent of a lirnlted guardian is recommended, the GAL shall <br />recommend the specific areas of authority the limited guardian shoutd have and <br />the limitations and disabilities to be placed on the incapacitated person; <br />S.
