This event is in the planning stages, but will include the use of <br />either catering, food trucks and or local restaurants and Brei&eries. <br />2500 character linit <br />4lGollaboration <br />lf your organization collaborates or has created partnerships with other organizations, groups, or other <br />events, how is this accomplished? <br />Collaboration *This entire conference is designed as a collaborative effort befuraeen the volunteer <br />organizations: Washington SARVAC, Kittitas County Search and Rescue, the <br />government organizations WA State Department of Emergency Management, <br />Kittitas County Sheriffs Office, Kittitas County Event Center, and Central <br />Washington University. We also vrnrk with the Ellensburg Chamber of Commerce <br />for handouts and tourism informaiion and with local hotels and businesses to <br />arrange pre-booked blocks of registrations and published fares and rates. WSECU <br />contrlbuted to the success of the Conference last year and M/e continue to look for <br />additional sponsors for this event. <br />2500 character linit <br />5lFuture Plans <br />Please explain what plans exist to allow this project to become self-sustaining. lnclude any plans for ticket <br />sales, event sponsors, and other cost-recovery models. <br />WSECU contributed to the success of the Conference last year and vw continue to <br />look for additional sponsors for this event. <br />Registration fee for the Conference last year was increased to $175 from $1 50 for <br />the 3 day conference in an effort toward sustainability. <br />25S character linit <br />Future Plans*
