31. Prevqiling Waqe: <br />Contractor.shall pay the prevailing rate of wages to allworkers, laborers, or mechanicsemployed in the performance of any part of the Work in accordance wittr RCW 39.12 <br />and the rules and regulations of the Department of Labor and lndustries. The scheduteof prevailing Yages rates for the locality or localities of the Work is determinedby thelndustrial Statistician of the Departmeni of Labor and lndustries. lt is the Contractor,s <br />responsibility to verifi7 the applicable prevailing wage rate. lt is understood that theContractor is responsible for obtaining and coirpleiing all required gouernm"nt forms <br />and submitting same to the proper authorities. <br />Djgputgs regarding prevailing wage rates shall be referred for arbitration to the Directorof the Department of Labor and lndustries. The arbitration decision shall be final andconclusive and binding on allparties involved in the dispute as provided for UV nCW39,12.060. <br />32.
