Umbrella policies shall provide coverage at least as broad as specified for <br />underlying coverages (CGL, Auto, Employer's Liability) and cover thbse insured <br />in the underlying policies, including additiohd insured.r Amount required for this Agreement: $ <br />Contractor shall furnish the County a Certificate of lnsurance to inctude the policy <br />Endorsements/Exclusion$ aE evidence that policies providing insurance requireO by thilAgreement are in full force and effect. Contrlctor's insurance policies <br />required above shall be p{mryy insurance and shall be non.contributing wittr anyother insurance maintained by Kittitas County. <br />The Contractor shall assume full responsibility for all loss or damage from any causewhatsoev.er.to any tools, Contractor's employee-owned tools, machiiery, equiprient, oimotor vehicleE owned or rented by the Contiactor, or the Contractor,s agendr,'suppliers <br />or contractors as well as to any temporary structures, scaffolding and proiective fences. <br />The Contractor shall have sole responsibility for ensuring the insurance coverage andlimits required are obtained by subcontractors. <br />NOTE: No contract shall form until and unlesg a copy of the Gertificate oflnsurance with EndorsenentslExclusions, properly completeO and in the amountrequired, is attached hEreto. <br />Failure of the Contractor to fully comply with the above insurance requirements duringthe'term gf the Agreement shall be considered a material breach of contractand causefor immediate termination of the Agreement at the County's discretion.
