16 <br />XIII. Integration Clause <br />This IPMOU, the EVS User Package (Attachment A), and the PII Loss Reporting Worksheet <br />(Attachment B) constitute the entire agreement of the parties with respect to its subject matter. <br />There have been no representations, warranties, or promises made outside of this agreement. <br />This agreement shall take precedence over any other documents that may be in conflict with it, <br />including any similar agreements entered into previously by the Reporter and SSA concerning <br />disclosure of records of individuals confined in public institutions.
