or operated by the Company while performing work under the terms of this Agreement. All <br />policies or certificates shall contain a provision that written notice of cancellation be delivered <br />to the County thirty days in advance of the effective date thereof. <br />c) General Liability. The Company shall file with the County and maintain on file through the <br />term of this Agreement a comprehensive liability insurance policy issued by a Company duly <br />authorized to do business in the State of Washington, insuring the Company with respect to <br />the work performed by the Company under the terms of this Agreement. The Policies shall <br />name Kittitas County as additional insured. All policies or certificates shall contain a <br />provision that written notice of cancellation or of any material change in said policy by the <br />insurer shall be delivered to County thirty days in advance of the effective date thereof. <br />For the purpose of this Agreement, the Company shall carry the following types of insurance in at <br />least the limits specified below: <br />Coverage <br />Workers Compensation <br />Bodily Injury <br />Except Automobile <br />Property Damage <br />Except Automobile <br />Automobile Bodily Injury <br />Liability <br />Automobile Property Damage <br />Liability <br />Limits of Liability <br />Required State of Washington Statutory Limits <br />$5,000,000 Each Occurrence <br />$10,000,000 Aggregate <br />$5,000,000 Each Occurrence <br />$10,000,000 Aggregate <br />$5,000,000 Each Occurrence <br />$5,000,000 Each Occurrence <br />Liability insurance limits scheduled above can be accomplished with one insurance policy or a <br />primary insurance program of lower limits and an excess liability or umbrella liability program <br />increasing the total limits available to the limits scheduled above. <br />The certificate shall show that the automobile and general liability insurance programs are <br />endorsed to cover: <br />Kittitas County, its elected officials, appointed officials, employees and volunteers while acting <br />within their official capacity on this project. <br />The County shall maintain adequate insurance to cover any damage to County facility for fire, <br />theft, earthquake, flood, vandalism, etc. <br />The certificate shall show that the policy does extend to cover the Indemnity Agreement, which <br />is scheduled in this Agreement in Section 19. <br />22 <br />
