Haveon-sitecommunication(CBradio,cellularorradiophone)tosummonintheeventafirebreaksout.Transportationisalsorequiredincaseradioorphonecommunicationdoesn'twork.5.ADDITIONALWATERSUPPLYDuringfireseasonwheninsideorwithinone-eighthofonemileofastateforestprotectiondistrictandfurnishadditionalwatersupplyandequipmentforuseinfiresuppressioninconformitywiththerulespromulgatedbytheStateofWashington,whendirectedbytheStateinwriting.Whenrequired,allwatersupplyandequipmentcomponentsshallbemaintainedandreadyforimmediateuse.Duringfireseasonwhenoperatingastationaryinternalcombustionengineinsideorwithinone-eighthofonemileofastateforestprotectiondistrict,Contractorshallprovideawatersupply,withequipmentforitsuseinfiresuppressionforeachengine,inconformitywiththerulespromulgatedbytheStateofWashington.Allwatersupplyandequipmentcomponentsshallbemaintainedandreadyforimmediateuse.(EndofSectionH)Page17
