03/26/2020 MINUTES 2 <br />Commissioner Wright offered to contact Department Heads to identify <br />someone outside of IT to set up Webex for the briefings. He also <br />said he and Matthew Lundh has been working on a draft communication <br />strategy working with the EOC. He will forward it to Staff so they <br />can provide it to the Board to review. <br /> MOTION CDBG COVID-19 EMERGENCY GRANT FUNDING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Judy Pless, Budget & Finance Manager explained how there was <br />additional funds available in the amount of $100,280.00 for the <br />Community Development Block Grant, COVID-19 Response Funding. This <br />was in addition to the current funds in the amount of $83,567.00 for <br />a total of $183,847. <br /> <br />Commissioner Osiadacz moved to accept the funding and direct <br />HopeSource to complete the necessary documents to secure the <br />funding. Commissioner Wright seconded.
