Maintenance Updates: Patti informed the Board that all Maintenance staff is back to work, and <br />that staff is working on shampooing carpets and performing major cleaning of the building. <br />Patti informed the Board that she is meeting with the Clerk every two weeks. Discussion was <br />held on the HVAC system and the fans in that area need to remain on otherwise the air is not <br />filtered. <br />Patti informed the Board that the generator test does not work on the elevators.
