Via phone: Roxie Nato, CC Consulting. <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING EXECUTIVE SESSION COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 11:05 a.m. Chairman Berndt opened a Special Meeting and announced <br />the Board would recess into Executive Session for 10 minutes to <br />consider the selection of a site or the acquisition of real estate <br />by lease or purchase when public knowledge regarding such <br />consideration would cause a likelihood of increased price. No <br />action was anticipated. <br /> <br />At 11:15 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. No <br />action was taken. <br /> <br />At 11:15 a.m. the Chairman Berndt announced the Board would recess <br />back into Executive Session for 10 minutes to consider the selection <br />of a site or the acquisition of real estate by lease or purchase <br />when public knowledge regarding such consideration would cause a <br />likelihood of increased price. No action was anticipated. <br /> <br />At 11:25 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session.
