AGREEMENT COMMUNITY HEALTH OF CENTRAL WASHINGTON PUBLIC HEALTH Approve an Agreement between the Kittitas County Public Health Department and Community Health of Central Washington, to provide services for the Children with Special Health Care Needs program, which is a part of the Maternal Child Health Block Grant, from January 1, 2016 through September 30, 2016.
