<br />05/02/2017 MINUTES 6 <br /> <br /> <br />milestones, shown on the revised Exhibit D. <br /> <br />CONTRACT BUREAU OF LAND MANAGEMENT - STMT OF WORK SHERIFF <br /> <br />Acknowledge the 2017 Contract and Statement of Work between the Bureau <br />of Land Management and the Kittitas County Sheriff’s Office allowing the <br />BLM to obtain law enforcement services as needed to assist the BLM in <br />administration and regulation of the use and occupancy of the public <br />lands which the Bureau oversees, from May 1, 2017 – September 30, 2017. <br /> <br />LEASE C-38 ELLENSBURG PALLETS, LLC PUBLIC WORKS <br /> <br />Approve and Sign a Lease between Kittitas County and Ellensburg Pallets, <br />LLC., for Lot C-38, along with said buildings of the Kittitas County <br />Airport Amended Binding Site Plan to commence on the 1st of January 2015 <br />through January 1, 2020. <br /> <br />LEASE KCSO/DPW – BOAT RAMP SHORT PLAT PUBLIC WORKS <br /> <br />Approve and Sign the Lease between Kittitas County Public Works <br />Department and the Kittitas County Sheriff’s Office for Lot 2 for a <br />total of 7,201 sq. ft. with 2597 sq. ft. of the lot identified as non- <br />buildable as it falls with the 60 ft. easement for access to the public <br />parking area. Public Works recommends that the revocable license <br />agreement be converted to a long term lease agreement for Lot 2 for the <br />total net buildable land in the amount of 4,604 sq. ft. at $0.09 per sq. <br />ft. for the first 5 year period. <br /> <br />LEASE LOTS C-5 & C-6 AIRPORT PUBLIC WORKS <br /> <br />Approve and Sign the Lease for Lots C-5 & C-6, of the Kittitas County <br />Airport Amended Binding Site Plan with Kittitas County Public Works <br />Equipment Rental and Revolving Fund, for a 10 year lease to commence on <br />the 1st of April 1, 2017 through the last day of March 2027. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE - NONE <br /> <br />ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS - NONE <br /> <br />CITIZEN COMMENTS ON NON-AGENDA ITEMS <br /> <br />Douglas Fillbrook, Citizen expressed concerns relating to the Upper <br />Dist. Court Judge, Kittitas County Sheriff’s Office and the County <br />Prosecutor. <br /> <br />Bill Hansen, Director of Economic Development – Kittitas County Chamber <br />gave the Board a brief update on a few of the efforts the Chamber staff <br />is doing around economic development in Kittitas County.
