4/16/2018 MINUTES 2 <br />January 3, 2011 the Board determined it would be beneficial to <br />alternate Commissioners that will oversee the different Department <br />Head’s on an annual basis. They determined at the end of 2013 they <br />would review the various committees they participate in and provide <br />beneficial updates to the Board as needed during this time as well. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION MONITOR/DISPLAY COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Staff requested to discuss the item at the following week’s Office <br />Admin Meeting due to lack of time. <br /> <br />LETTER DSHS/CJTA FUNDS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Jewell moved to authorize Board signature on a letter <br />to Michael Langer, Office of Behavioral Health and Prevention <br />regarding the CJTA Funding/process. Commissioner O’Brien 2nd. Motion <br />carried 3-0. <br /> <br />LETTER CAC FOR PROPERTY RIGHTS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Chairman Osiadacz stated that she would like to re-work her letter <br />and bring it back for the Board to consider. <br /> <br />RATIFY SCHNEBLY-LEASE OF IRRIGATION WATER COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner O’Brien moved to ratify Commissioner Paul Jewell’s <br />signature on a letter dated 4/13/2018 addressed to Craig and Nancy <br />Schnebly pursuant to the Agreement to Lease Water for Irrigation <br />Agreement entered into between Kittitas County and the Schnebly’s. <br />Chairman Osiadacz 2nd.
