Long-term planning and the ability to ensure the continuation of <br />the Event Center as a community resource relies upon being able to adequately fund <br />staffing, maintenance, and facility improvements. This report attempts to summarize the big <br />picture of facility use and community values while providing a proactive plan for the future. <br />im <br />
