2018-05-01 MINUTES 2 <br />Neil Caulkins, Deputy Prosecutor stated that if the project <br />moves forward he is interested in seeing the outcome of the <br />Water Transfer Work Group (WTWG). <br /> <br />Commissioner Jewell was directed to bring forward a Contract <br />with Aspect Consulting for the Board to consider at a later <br />date.
