KITTITAS COUNTY CONFERENCE OF GOVERNMENTS <br />PUBLIC FACILITIES FUND <br />POLICY NUMBER: 2018-06 <br />POLICY TITLE: Repurposed Funding <br />NARRATIVE: <br />The Conference of Govemments (COG) recognizes that grant recipients may generate <br />project savings through judicial management of grant fending. The COG retains the <br />authority to recommend repurposing of grant funding subject to Kitthas County Board of <br />County Commission (BOCC) final approval. Any requested grant repurposing by a <br />grant recipient shall be submitted using the approved Public Facilities Application form <br />available from Kitfitas County Department of Public Works. The new application for <br />repurposed funding will follow review procedures pursuant to Policy 2018-02; `Project <br />Review and Award Timeline". <br />Providing the COG approves of the recipient's request to repurpose grant funds, the <br />BOCC shall decide to follow the recommendation of the COG or deny the request to <br />repurpose funding.
