KiTTITAS COUNTY CONFERENCE OF GOVERNMENTS <br />PUBLIC FACILITIES FUND <br />POLICY NUMBER: 2018-03 <br />POLICY TITLE: Public Facility Grant Application Forms <br />NARRATIVE: <br />Kittitas County Department of Public Works provides Public Facility Grant Application <br />forms for each grant applicant. The forms are standardized and are made available to <br />grant applicants upon request (attached as Exhibit 1). Grant project financial reporting <br />forms are also provided by Kittitas County and are provided at the time of grant contract <br />execution (attached as Exhibit 2). A sample grant agreement is provided and is <br />attached as Exhibit 3.
