Cook <br />RECON AENDATION: <br />Direct that staff prepare enabling legislation. <br />BRIEFINGS Y: <br />a Recently, the Council of Governments (COG) discussed amending policy 2018- <br />01 directing that members do not score their jurisdictions applications to Public <br />Facility Fund requests <br />The COG policies are adopted by both bodies (COG and Board Of County <br />Commissioners, BOCC) <br />• The COG is expected to adopt the proposed changes during their April meeting <br />BACKGROUND: <br />Public Works (PW) recently provided scoring definitions to COG supporting Public <br />Facility Fund applications. The COG desires establishing by policy that members not <br />score their jurisdiction's application. A Scribner's error is also proposed for correction. <br />DISCUSSION: <br />It is anticipated that COG will recommend the BOCC amend COG Policy 2018-01 <br />during the April meeting.
