04/02/2019 MINUTES 2 <br />Franchise with The Ranch on Swauk Creek on Burke and Ranch Road(s). <br />He indicated the Public Works Department was in support of the <br />proposed Franchise Agreement. <br /> THERE BEING NO ONE REQUESTING TO TESTIFY, THE PUBLIC PORTION OF THE HEARING WAS CLOSED. AGREEMENT THE RANCH ON SWAUK CREEK PUBLIC WORKS COMMISSIONER WACHSMITH moved to approve a Non-Exclusive Domestic <br />Water Franchise between Kittitas County and The Ranch on Swauk <br />Creek, to Use County Roads, Rights-of-Way and Other County Property <br />within Kittitas County. CHAIRMAN WRIGHT seconded.
