03/05/2019 MINUTES 5 <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2019-046 UPPER COUNTY TRAFFIC TASK FORCE PUBLIC WORKS <br />Approve Resolution No. 2019-046, Awarding the Upper County Traffic Task <br />Force Modeling Services to Fehr & Peers, and to direct the Director of <br />Public Works to negotiate a Scope of Work and Fee not to exceed <br />$50,000.00 and to sign the Professional Services Contract providing an <br />acceptable Scope of Work and Fee upon it being successfully negotiated. <br /> RESOLUTION 2019-047 EQUIPMENT RENTAL RATES PUBLIC WORKS <br />Approve Resolution No. 2019-047, to Review and Adopt the Kittitas County <br />Public Works Monthly Equipment Rental Rates Pursuant to Revised Code of <br />Washington 36.33A.040 for 2019. <br /> RESOLUTION 2019-048 WEIGHT RESTRICTIONS - GRAVEL ROADS PUBLIC WORKS <br />Approve Resolution No. 2019-048, Imposing Weight Restrictions on County <br />Gravel Roads Beginning March 15, 2019 and Ending May 1, 2019. <br /> CORRESPONDENCE - NONE ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS - NONE CITIZEN COMMENTS ON NON-AGENDA ITEMS - NONE BOARD DISCUSSION/DECISION ITEMS - NONE MISCELLANEOUS - NONE EXECUTIVE SESSION <br />At 10:14 a.m. Chairman Wright announced the Board would recess into <br />Executive Session for 5 minutes with Chris Horner, Deputy Prosecutor and <br />Neil Caulkins, Deputy Prosecutor, to discuss with legal counsel <br />representing the agency matters relating to agency enforcement actions, <br />or to discuss with legal counsel representing the agency litigation or <br />potential litigation to which the agency, the governing body, or a <br />member acting in an official capacity is, or is likely to become, a <br />party, when public knowledge regarding the discussion is likely to <br />result in an adverse legal or financial consequence to the agency. <br />Possible action anticipated. <br />At 10:21 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. <br /> <br />The Board agreed for the County to defend and indemnify in the Cheeseman <br />lawsuit. <br /> <br /> <br />
