03/05/2019 MINUTES 3 <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2019-040 FEES FOR BUILDING & LAND USE SERVICES CDS <br />Approve Resolution No. 2019-040, Amending the Service Fees by Community <br />Development Services Charged for Building and Land Use Services, <br />effective March 6, 2019. <br /> APPOINTMENT LENNY MORRISON – WATER CONSERVANCY BOARD COMMISSIONERS <br />Approve the reappointment of Lenny Morrison to the Kittitas County Water <br />Conservancy Board, for a six year term effective immediately and <br />expiring on April 15, 2025. <br /> EVENT APPLICATION ABATE OF WASHINGTON COMMISSIONERS <br />Approve the Special Event Application to hold the 2019 Spring Opener, <br />from June 27, 2019 through June 30, 2019; conditioned upon compliance <br />outlined by the Sheriff, Public Works Department, Auditor’s Office, Fire <br />Marshal and Prosecutors office; as well as granting a waiver to Kittitas <br />County Code Chapters 9.45.030 (Noise); 5.20.160 (Closing Hours) from <br />6:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m. and 5.20.100 (Penal Bond – Bond of Indemnity). <br /> AGREEMENT KITTITAS COUNTY CHAMBER OF COMMERCE COMMISSIONERS <br />Approve a Professional Services Agreement LT-2019-01 between Kittitas <br />County and the Kittitas County Chamber of Commerce in the amount of <br />$249,316.00 for activities in support of the Kittitas County tourism <br />development effort from January 1, 2019 through December 31, 2019. <br /> SET PUBLIC HEARING RENTAL RATES EVENT CENTER <br />Approve Setting a Public Hearing to consider Amending Rental Rates at <br />the Kittitas Valley Event Center, to be held on Tuesday March 19, 2019 <br />at 2:00 p.m. in Room 109, Kittitas County Courthouse 205 West 5th Avenue <br />Ellensburg, WA and to authorize the Clerk to publish said notice. <br /> RESOLUTION 2019-041 KITTCOM – FIBER OPTIC & IT TRANSPORT IT <br />Approve Resolution No. 2019-041, Authorizing an Interlocal Agreement <br />between Kittitas County and KITTCOM for Fiber Optic and Information <br />Technology Transport Collaboration. <br /> AMENDMENT DUKE & DUDE, LLC SOLID WASTE <br />Approve an Amendment to an Agricultural Lease with Duke and Dude LLC and <br />Hayden Unified Credit Trust with tenant Rafter B Inc. for the new Solid <br />Waste Transfer Station property. <br /> <br />
