02/19/2019 MINUTES 5 <br /> <br /> <br /> AGREEMENTS 2019 LODGING TAX SERVICES COMMISSIONERS <br />Approve the 2019 Lodging Tax Services Agreements LT-2019-001 through LT- <br />2019-028, as awarded by Resolution No. 2019-035. <br /> RESOLUTION 2019-036 HOMELESS HOUSING GRANT AGREEMENT COMMISSIONERS <br />Approve Resolution No. 2019-036, Authorizing an Amendment to Homeless <br />Housing Grant Agreement HH-2018-001 between Kittitas County and <br />HopeSource, Housing Authority of Kittitas County and Elmview, extending <br />the term to December 31, 2019. <br /> CALL FOR BIDS OFFICIAL COUNTY NEWSPAPER COMMISSIONERS <br />Approve a Notice of Call for Bids to Serve as the Official County <br />Newspaper from July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020, to be accepted until <br />March 22, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. in Room 108, Kittitas County Courthouse 205 <br />West 5th Avenue Ellensburg, WA and to authorize the Clerk to publish said <br />notice. <br /> CORRESPONDENCE - NONE ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS - NONE CITIZEN COMMENTS ON NON-AGENDA ITEMS <br />John Jensen provided a letter with Exhibits to the Board of County <br />Commissioners stating the Easton Acres Homeowners believe the Kittitas <br />County Public Works Department, as well as the Easton Ridge Land Company <br />are in violation of the CCR’s of Easton Acres. BOARD DISCUSSION/DECISION ITEMS MISCELLANEOUS <br />Zane Kinney and Angela San Fillipo provided a presentation on their <br />recent visit to Kittitas County’s Sister City in Sanda City, Japan, and <br />their participation in the 2018 Masters Marathon. EXECUTIVE SESSION <br />At 10:50 a.m. Chairman Wright announced the Board would recess into <br />Executive Session for 5 minutes with Patti Johnson, Solid Waste <br />Director/Project Manager, to consider the selection of a site or the <br />acquisition of real estate by lease or purchase when public knowledge <br />regarding such consideration would cause a likelihood of increased <br />price. No action was anticipated.
