II; and 8 members of the public. <br /> CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairman Wright called the meeting to order. <br /> PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> <br />Chairman Wright led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> INTRODUCTION OF NEW COUNTY EMPLOYEES - NONE <br /> PROCLAMATION AFRICAN AMERICAN HISTORY MONTH COMMISSIONERS <br />Commissioner Osiadacz moved to approve a Proclamation declaring February <br />2019 as National African American History Month in Kittitas County. <br />Chairman Wright seconded. Motion carried 2-0. AWARDS & RECOGNITIONS - NONE APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Chairman Wright explained the Board would be reviewing each individual <br />item prior to making any motions, as the Agenda Study Session was not <br />held due to the Holiday Closure on February 18, 2019. <br /> <br />
