JANUARY 24, 2019 <br />Board members present: Chairman Cory Wright; Vice-Chairman Brett <br />Wachsmith (by phone) & Commissioner Laura Osiadacz. <br /> <br />Others: Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board; Greg Zempel, Prosecutor; <br />and Neil Caulkins, Deputy Prosecutor. SPECIAL MEETING EXECUTIVE SESSION COMMISSIONERS <br />At 11:00 a.m. Chairman Wright opened a Special Meeting announced the <br />Board would recess into Executive Session for 15 minutes to discuss <br />with legal counsel representing the agency matters relating to <br />agency enforcement actions, or to discuss with legal counsel <br />representing the agency litigation or potential litigation to which <br />the agency, the governing body, or a member acting in an official <br />capacity is, or is likely to become, a party, when public knowledge <br />regarding the discussion is likely to result in an adverse legal or <br />financial consequence to the agency. No action anticipated. <br /> <br />At 11:15 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. There <br />was no action taken. <br /> <br />At 11:15 a.m. Chairman Wright announced the Board would recess back <br />into Executive Session for 10 minutes to discuss with legal counsel <br />representing the agency matters relating to agency enforcement <br />actions, or to discuss with legal counsel representing the agency <br />litigation or potential litigation to which the agency, the <br />governing body, or a member acting in an official capacity is, or is <br />likely to become, a party, when public knowledge regarding the <br />discussion is likely to result in an adverse legal or financial <br />consequence to the agency. No action anticipated. <br /> <br />At 11:25 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. There <br />was no action taken. <br /> <br />At 11:25 a.m. Chairman Wright announced the Board would recess back <br />into Executive Session for 5 minutes to discuss with legal counsel <br />representing the agency matters relating to agency enforcement <br />actions, or to discuss with legal counsel representing the agency <br />litigation or potential litigation to which the agency, the <br />governing body, or a member acting in an official capacity is, or is <br />likely to become, a party, when public knowledge regarding the <br />discussion is likely to result in an adverse legal or financial <br />consequence to the agency.
