All commissioners introduced <br />themselves. <br />Commissioner Coffinan moved to appoint Commissioner Taylor as the chair of this committee. <br />Commissioner Wright seconded and the motion passed unanimously. <br />Commissioner Taylor stated that the 3 candidates for this position will be giving a 5 minute <br />presentation. <br />
