Termination for Convenience <br />Either CTS/WaTech or Kittitas County may terminate this Contract, including all Statement(s)of Work if <br />applicable, in whole or in part,by fourteen(14)calendar days' written notice to the other party. If this <br />SLA is so terminated, Kittitas County is liable only for payments required by the terms of this SLA or any <br />SOW for Services received and accepted prior to the effective date of termination. <br />10. Authorization/Acceptance <br />This SLA and the CSA constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all other <br />communication,written or oral,related to the subject matter of this SLA. Customer hereby authorizes <br />CTS to perform the services described herein.
