2018-12-20 MINUTES 2 <br />At 9:34 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. No <br />action taken. <br /> <br />At 9:34 a.m. Chairman Osiadacz announced the Board would recess <br />back into Executive Session for 15 minutes per RCW 42.30.140 to <br />consider Collective bargaining sessions with employee <br />organizations, including contract negotiations, grievance <br />meetings, and discussions relating to the interpretation or <br />application of a labor agreement; or (b) that portion of a <br />meeting during which the governing body is planning or adopting <br />the strategy or position to be taken by the governing body <br />during the course of any collective bargaining, professional <br />negotiations, or grievance or mediation proceedings, or <br />reviewing the proposals made in the negotiations or proceedings <br />while in progress. Potential action was anticipated. <br /> <br />At 9:49 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. <br />Direction was given to Staff. <br /> <br />OTHER BUSINESS – <br /> <br />Chairman Osiadacz gave an update on a meeting she had with <br />County Staff regarding the Towns to Teanaway Group and directed <br />Staff to invite Director Cook to the meeting. <br /> <br />The meeting was adjourned at 9:55 a.m. <br /> <br />KITTITAS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />DEPUTY CLERK OF THE BOARD KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Mandy Buchholz Laura Osiadacz, Chairman
