2018-12-03 MINUTES 1 <br />COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON COMMISSIONERS AUDITORIUM SPECIAL MEETING <br /> MONDAY 2:00 P.M. DECEMBER 3, 2018 <br />Board members present: Chairman Laura Osiadacz; Vice-Chairman <br />Obie O’Brien; and Commissioner Cory Wright. <br /> <br />Others: Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board; Heather Seibert, <br />Chief Financial Manager; Candie Leader, Administrative <br />Assistant; Lisa Young, Human Resource Director; Dan Carlson, CDS <br />Director; Jerry Pettit, Auditor; Judy Pless, Budget & Finance <br />Manager; Tina Rowan, Fiscal Analyst; Mike Hougardy, Assessor; <br />Nick Henderson, Coroner; Barb Demory, Lower District Court <br />Administrator; Val Barschaw, Clerk and Jim Goeben, IT Director. SPECIAL MEETING 2019 BUDGET COMMISSIONERS <br />At 2:00 p.m. CHAIRMAN OSIADACZ opened a Public Hearing to <br />consider the adoption of the 2019 Budget. <br /> JUDY PLESS, BUDGET & FINANCE MANAGER reviewed the proposed <br />budget for 2019. She provided a Staff Report and indicated there <br />was a balanced budget before the Board for their consideration. <br /> THERE BEING NO ONE REQUESTING TO TESTIFY, THE PUBLIC PORTION OF THE HEARING WAS CLOSED. <br />The Board members expressed their appreciation to all of the <br />County Departments for their hard work in this year’s budget <br />process. COMMISSIONER O’BRIEN moved to approve the proposed 2019 County <br />Budget. COMMISISONER WRIGHT seconded. Motion carried 3-0. <br /> <br />It was noted the enabling documents were scheduled to be on the <br />December 4, 2018 Agenda at 10:00 a.m. in the Commissioners <br />Auditorium. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
