The plat covers approximately 6.97 acres off of <br />Tired Creek Lane, Cle Elum, WA 98922. <br />The applicant submitted a final plat application on September 27, 2018, requesting <br />final mylar approval for the Suncadia Ph. 3 Div. 14 Plat. This plat encompasses <br />parcel number 950057 to create 10 lots varying in size from 0.31 acres to 0.79 <br />acres, an access tract, and community open space tract. Staff has reviewed the final <br />mylar with supporting documentation and finds that it is consistent with the <br />preliminary approval documents. Due to cancellation of the October 22, 2018 <br />BOCC scheduled meeting, this plat required and received an agreement by the <br />applicant of an extension to the 30 day timeframe outlined in RCW 58.17.140. This <br />extended the October 26, 2018 deadline to October 31, 2018. The mylar has been <br />reviewed by all reviewing departments, and all signatures have been obtained. <br />INTERACTION: Board of Commissioners, Community Development Services, Public Works, <br />Public Health, and Assessor's Office. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Signature of the Chair on the mylar for final plat approval of the Suncadia Ph. 3 <br />Div. 14 Plat (LPF-18-00007 and LP -18-00002). <br />HANDLING: Return signed mylar to staff for transmittal to authorized agent for Treasurer <br />signature and recording. <br />ATTACHMENTS: Final mylar for Suncadia Ph. 3 Div. 14 Plat (LPF- 18 -00007 and LP -18-00002). <br />LEAD STAFF: Jeremy Johnston, Community Development Services Planner. <br />COMMUNITY PLANNING • BUILDING INSPECTION • PLAN REVIEW • ADMINISTRATION • PERMIT SERVICES • CODE ENFORCEMENT <br />
