Cook <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Set a Public Hearing Receiving Testimony Vacating a Portion of the Alley in Block 15 of <br />South Addition — Roslyn, WA. <br />BRIEFING SUMMARY: <br />• South 4"' Street was never constructed and residents use the alley for access <br />• The portion be requested for vacation provides no parcel access <br />• The remaining portion of the alley serves lots: 1, 2, 18 and 19 (South Addition) <br />BACKGROUND: <br />An adjoining property owner desires vacating a portion of the alley serving Block 15 of <br />South Addition in Roslyn, WA. The alley currently is serving lots 1, 2,18 and 19 of the <br />plat. The portion requested for vacation will not impact access for the four lots. <br />DISCUSSION: <br />It is the opinion of County Surveyor Turnbull that record of survey should be filed <br />showing the vacation.
