<br />11/20/2018 MINUTES 5 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />CLAIM INTERSTATE BATTERIES OF APPLE VALLEY PROSECUTOR <br /> <br />Commissioner O’Brien moved to approve payment in the amount not to <br />exceed $1,944.10, contingent upon receipt of a signed Release of All <br />Claims from an authorized representative of Interstate Batteries of <br />Apple Valley, for Claim for Damages #201811010016 filed in Kittitas <br />County Auditor’s Office on 11/1/2018, as recommended by the Prosecutor’s <br />Office. Commissioner Wright seconded. Motion carried 3-0. <br /> <br />MISCELLANEOUS - NONE <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> <br />At 10:18 a.m. Chairman Osiadacz announced the Board would recess into <br />Executive Session for 10 minutes with Chris Horner, Deputy Prosecutor; <br />Mark Cook, Public Works Director; & Lisa Young, HR Director/Interim <br />Event Center Director to receive and evaluate complaints or charges <br />brought against a public officer or employee. However, upon the request <br />of such officer or employee, a public hearing or a meeting open to the <br />public shall be conducted upon such complaint or charge. No action was <br />anticipated. <br />At 10:28 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. No action <br />taken. <br />At 10:28 a.m. Chairman Osiadacz announced the Board would recess back <br />into Executive Session for 5 minutes to receive and evaluate complaints <br />or charges brought against a public officer or employee.
