11/06/2018 MINUTES 2 <br />PUBLIC HEARING DECLARE EQUIPMENT SURPLUS PUBLIC WORKS <br />At 2:13 p.m. CHAIRMAN OSIADACZ opened a Public Hearing to consider <br />Equipment Surplus to Kittitas County’s needs and to authorize <br />Disposal of the same in accordance with RCW 36.34.080. <br /> MARK COOK, PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR/INTERIM ENGINEER provided <br />information on certain used equipment which is surplus to the <br />County’s needs and recommended the Board approve the request. The <br />request included a Shop Truck, Sterling Tenco Dump Truck and a Tenco <br />Snow Blower. <br /> THERE BEING NO ONE REQUESTING TO TESTIFY, THE PUBLIC PORTION OF THE HEARING WAS CLOSED. RESOLUTION 2018-171 DECLARE EQUIPMENT SURPLUS PUBLIC WORKS COMMISSIONER O’BRIEN moved to approve Resolution No. 2018-171, to <br />Declare Equipment Rental and Revolving Fund Equipment Surplus Not to <br />the County’s Needs and to Authorize Disposal. COMMISSIONER WRIGHT <br />seconded.
