Explain how this infrastructure project has been coordinated, or will be coordinated <br />with other jurisdictions , such as counties, cities, state/federal agencies, and with <br />\economic development organizations during planning, design, flnandng, <br />construction and/or operation phases. <br />The original application cited the Ellensburg Business Incubator as an initiative of the City of Ellensburg <br />as the eontradbar to the Ellensburg Business Development Authority (EBDA) for economic development. <br />EBDA is responsible fur the administration of a microloan program, property management at both the <br />Ellensburg Business Incubator and the Airport Building (effective 9/27/2017), business support services <br />such as business consulting, business planning, financial planning, along with business retention and <br />expansion services. The Country's ADO, K ttitas County Chamber of Commerce, took the lead in <br />identifying the great need for this project, including securing a quote fur roof repair (attachment A). <br />
