The original application cited the Ellensburg Business Incubator as an initiative of the City of Ellensburg as the eontradbar to the Ellensburg Business Development Authority (EBDA) for economic development. EBDA is responsible fur the administration of a microloan program, property management at both the Ellensburg Business Incubator and the Airport Building (effective 9/27/2017), business support services such as business consulting, business planning, financial planning, along with business retention and expansion services. The Country's ADO, K ttitas County Chamber of Commerce, took the lead in identifying the great need for this project, including securing a quote fur roof repair (attachment A).
