Kittitas County October 26, 2015 Exhibit B <br />Fixed Base Operator Services - $20,000 per year lessee credit <br />Maintain and staff FBO office, to include a. pilot lounge, transient pilot weather <br />information and flight planning room, and vending machines a minimum of 8 hours <br />per day, 6 days per week. <br />Furnish, clean, and stock restrooms available to the general public 24 hours per day, <br />7 days per week. <br />Provide courtesy vehicles for transient pilot use subject to availability. <br />Manage County tie -down area. <br />Coordinate with Airport Manager and file NOTAMS with FAA as required for <br />safety of operations. <br />Act as security monitor for airport access through drive-thru and walking gates. <br />Consult with Airport Manager and support personnel when requested on Airport <br />Issues. <br />Operate an aircraft maintenance and repair facility including airframe, engine, and <br />accessary repairs. <br />Provide housing of County awned fuel facility computer and warning systems. <br />Manage fuel facilities.
