Our goal is to define the problem, identify the most likely fix, identify <br />fatal flaws, quantify the impact of the fix and prepare documents supporting a legislative <br />lobbying effort. <br />The law enforcement issue is secondary to solving the parking issue. <br />FISCAL IMPACTS: <br />Staff time of the Director and County Engineer. We estimate approximately 96 hours of <br />staff time (48 hours of the Director and 48 hours of the County Engineer).
