<br />10/02/2018 MINUTES 5 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />At 10:13 a.m. Chairman Osiadacz announced the Board would recess back <br />into Executive Session for 10 minutes to discuss planning or adopting <br />the strategy or position to be taken by the governing body during the <br />course of any collective bargaining, professional negotiations, or <br />grievance or mediation proceedings, or reviewing the proposals made in <br />the negotiations or proceedings while in progress. There was no action <br />anticipated. <br /> <br />At 10:23 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session.
