KITTITAS COUNTY <br />CDS STUDY SESSION MINUTES <br />COMMISSIONERS' AUDITORIUM, 205 WEST 5TH ROOM 109 - ELLENSBURG <br />Regular Meeting <br />MONDAY 1:30 PM September 10, 2018 <br />Board members present: Chairman Laura Osiadacz, Vice -Chairman <br />Obie O'Brien, and Cory Wright <br />Others: Dan Carlson, Stephanie Mifflin, Calvana Carper (CDS) <br />Lisa Young (HR) <br />SPECIAL MEETING EXECUTIVE SESSION CDS <br />At 2:05 p.m. Chairman Osiadacz opened the special meeting and <br />announced the Board would recess into Executive Session for 15 <br />minutes to discuss with Human Resources, to evaluate the <br />qualifications of an applicant for public employment or to <br />review the performance of a public employee. No action was <br />anticipated. <br />At 2:20 p.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. <br />No action taken. <br />At 2:20 p.m. Chairman Osiadacz announced the Board would <br />recess back into Executive Session for 5. minutes to discuss <br />with Human Resources to evaluate the qualifications of an <br />applicant for public employment or to review the performance <br />of a public employee. <br />At 2:25 p.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session.
