BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2018- [5-7 <br />TO AWARD THE CONTRACT FOR <br />THE 2018 KITTITAS COUNTY SAFETY IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT <br />AND AUTHORIZE THE PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE SAME <br />WHEREAS: The Department of Public Works solicited bids for the 2018 Kittitas <br />County Safety Improvements contract in accordance with RCW 36.77.020 <br />Contract Procedures; and <br />WHEREAS: Sealed bids were opened on August 22, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. in the Kittitas <br />County Permit Center, Department of Public Works, 411 N. Ruby Street, <br />Suite 1, Ellensburg, Washington; and <br />WHEREAS: Five (5) bids were received for the prescribed work.
