KITTITAS COUNTY <br />CDS STUDY SESSION MINUTES <br />COMMISSIONERS' AUDITORIUM, 205 WEST 5TH ROOM 109 - ELLENSBURG <br />Regular Meeting <br />MONDAY 1:30 PM July 23, 2018 <br />Board members present: Chairman Laura Osiadacz, Vice -Chairman <br />Obie O'Brien, and Cory Wright <br />Others: Dan Carlson, Lindsey Ozbolt, Stephanie Mifflin (CDS), <br />Mark Cook, Candie Leader, Sara Folk (PW <br />Meeting was called to order at 1:30 P.M. <br />Final Docket List <br />Lindsey Ozbolt presented the proposed final draft docket list. <br />Lindsey stated the list included "house -keeping" items and <br />citizen requests. Lindsey stated she is looking for approval <br />from the Board to move the list forward through the Annual <br />Docket Process. <br />Commissioner O'Brien asked for clarification about the items and <br />the upcoming dates. Commissioner Osiadacz asked if this list is <br />set in stone and expressed her concern with Item 2. Dan Carlson <br />explained Item 2 in further detail and why staff feels it is <br />important to consider. <br />Mark Cook asked the Board to approve the addition of an item <br />regarding an exemption in the Grading Code as discussed at a <br />previous study session. <br />Commissioner O'Brien motioned to adopt the final items with the <br />addition of the "grading ordinance" amendment.
