KITTITAS COUNTY <br />CDS STUDY SESSION MINUTES <br />CONMISSIONERS' AUDITORIUM, 205 WEST 5TH ROOM 109 - ELLENSBURG <br />Regular Meeting <br />MONDAY 1:30 PM JUNE 25, 2018 <br />Board members present: Chairman Laura Osiadacz, Vice -Chairman <br />Obie O'Brien, and Paul Jewell <br />Others: Dan Carlson, Lindsey Ozbolt, Stephanie Mifflin (CDS), <br />Mark Cook, Candie Leader, Sara Folk (PW), Doctor Mark Larson, <br />Erin Moore, Tristen Lamb (EH), 4 members of the public including <br />Tyson Carslon and Pat Deneen. <br />Meeting was called to order at 1:30 P.M. <br />LP -07-00031 Palomino Fields Division 1- Requesting Approval of <br />Amended Mylar to Correct Scriveners Errors on Previously <br />Recorded Mylar <br />Lindsey Ozbolt briefed the Board on why the County is re- <br />recording the plat. <br />Commissioner O'Brien motioned to approved chair signature on LP - <br />07 -00031 amended mylar correcting a scriveners error. <br />Commissioner Jewell seconded the motion and the motion passed 3- <br />0. <br />Discussion Regarding Consumptive Water Pilot Project <br />Tyson Carlson stated he has been working with Kittitas County <br />regarding water usage. Tyson gave a brief history of the pilot <br />study and why the County is going through this process. Tyson <br />stated the preliminary design is complete. <br />Pat Deneen gave an overview of how the pilot program will work. <br />Pat stated cistern water will be available for others to use in <br />the County. Pat stated he is looking for Board approval to move <br />forward with the pilot project. <br />Commissioner Jewell stated he supports a work -around with <br />Ecology as long as the County is following County code. <br />There was discussion about the lifecycle of water and using <br />water for cisterns. <br />Commissioner O'Brien motioned to approve the project pending an <br />affirmative response from legal review. Commissioner Jewell <br />seconded the motion, and the motion passed 3-0. <br />2018-06-25 MINUTES 1 <br />
