KITTITAS COUNTY <br />CDS STUDY SESSION MINUTES <br />COMMISSIONERS' AUDITORIUM, 205 WEST 5TH ROOM 109 - ELLENSBURG <br />Regular Meeting <br />MONDAY 1:30 PM NOVEMBER 27, 2017 <br />Board members present: Chairman Paul Jewell, Vice Chariman Laura <br />Osiadacz, Commissioner Obie O'Brien <br />Others: Dan Carlson, Lindsey Ozbolt, Stephanie Mifflin (CDS), <br />Lucas Huck, Candie Leader (PW) Daily Record Reporter <br />Meeting was called to order at 1:30 P.M. <br />Solar Committee Update <br />Dan Carlson stated there have been four meetings and one open <br />house so far. Dan stated the solar item has been removed from <br />the Docket because the committee has not finished the draft <br />regulations. <br />There was discussion and concern from the Board regarding the <br />draft regulations for solar and how those play into the <br />applications that are submitted to the State for large scale <br />solar facilities. <br />Other Business <br />Dan gave a quick update on the docket process.
