KITTITAS COUNTY <br />CDS STUDY SESSION MINUTES <br />COMMISSIONERS' AUDITORIUM, 205 WEST 5TH ROOM 109 - ELLENSBURG <br />Regular Meeting <br />MONDAY 1:30 PM FEBRUARY 27, 2017 <br />Board members present: Chairman Paul Jewell, Laura Osiadacz <br />Others: Dan Carlson, Doc Hansen, Stephanie Mifflin (CDS), Mark <br />Cook, Candie Leader, Lucas Huck, Kathy Jurgens (PW <br />Meeting was called to order at 1:30 P.M. <br />Request Signature for Grant from the Department of Commerce <br />Doc Hansen stated that Neil Caulkins from the Kittitas County <br />Prosecuting Attorney's office reviewed the document with no <br />changes. Doc stated he needs the Chairman's signature to send <br />back. Doc stated reimbursement will be at 90% first and then the <br />final 10% after adoption. <br />Commissioner Osiadacz motioned to approve the interagency <br />agreement with Kittitas County and Washington State Department <br />of Commerce. Commissioner Jewell seconded the motion and the <br />motion passed 2-0. <br />Progress and Initial Scheduling of the Comprehensive Plan <br />Doc Hansen stated that he is working with a consultant to work <br />up a Professional Services Agreement which will be approved by <br />resolution. Doc stated the first working group meetings start <br />next week and are scheduled through mid-May. Doc stated he will <br />begin working with the Planning Commission in April.
