2018-08-06 MINUTES 2 <br />The BoCC directed the ERB (Dan Morgan) to work through Tim Egan, <br />Facilities Maintenance Director as the points of contact between the <br />ERB and County for needs at the Event Center. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION RODEO PUNCH LIST KVEC/MAINT. <br /> <br />The BoCC & ERB reviewed the status of the Rodeo Punch List and there <br />was discussion on pro’s and con’s of allowing the ERB to contract <br />for some of the work due to time sensitivity and different <br />obligations that the County has that the ERB doesn’t. <br /> <br />The BoCC authorized projects 1 & 8 on the 2018 Rodeo Capital Project <br />& Punch List “Punch List Items for 2018 Rodeo” to be done under the <br />ERB, and noting that the amount would be deducted from their annual <br />payment. <br /> <br />The ERB stated that they would be happy to assist with creating a <br />checklist for users of the facility that is verified by both the <br />lessee and the lessor upon check-in and check-out. <br /> <br />The meeting was adjourned at 1:47 p.m. <br /> <br /> <br />KITTITAS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />DEPUTY CLERK OF THE BOARD KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Mandy Buchholz Laura Osiadacz, Chairman <br />
