Commissioner O’Brien <br />seconded. Motion carried 2-0. <br /> <br />REQUEST FLAGS AROUND ELLENSBURG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner O’Brien moved to authorize the renewal of the “Flags <br />Around Ellensburg” project through the Boy Scouts of America Troop <br />413. Commissioner Wright seconded.
